How much does it cost?

It depends on what we build. After a discovery call you get a written plan with the scope and price before any work starts. Hosting and ongoing support are a separate monthly plan, only if you want it.

How long does it take?

Smaller projects, like an inbox agent, are often live within a few weeks. Larger custom systems take longer. Your plan includes a timeline, and you'll see progress along the way.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You tell us how your business runs. We handle setup, connections, and testing, then show your team how to use it.

Is my data safe?

We give each system only the access it needs, keep your data in your own accounts where possible, and use AI providers that don't train on your data. For healthcare work, we design with HIPAA requirements in mind and keep a human review step on anything sensitive.
